Protecting personal information

The quote form may collect your name, phone number, email address, project address, type of work, a description, your availability, five to ten photos, and your consent choices.

To limit abuse, the system may also create a hashed fingerprint from the network address used for an attempt and record limited technical events. This fingerprint is used for rate limiting and is not displayed in the quote request.

Submitted information is used to understand the project, review photos, contact you, arrange follow-up, and manage the request’s status. Technical data is used to protect the form and diagnose errors.

The notification email sent for a new request does not contain information from the form; it directs the authorized person to the secure dashboard.

When a request is submitted, its information and photo metadata are stored in a Supabase database. Photos are kept in private Supabase storage.

Access to requests and photos is limited to authorized administrator accounts through access rules and two-factor authentication. Browser-side and server-side validation, file limits, and checks of the images’ actual file types reduce risk, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

No fixed retention period for complete requests is currently confirmed. Énergie Cadet therefore does not state an automatic deletion schedule. You may request deletion using the contact information below.
